This original march is named after and dedicated to Sergeant Donald Cairnie Ogilvie Campbell, who was an airman in the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the composer's great-great-uncle. Featuring catchy melodic strains that capture a sense of British wit and optimism, 'Cairnie's March' makes for a rousing, patriotic and celebratory march to add to any concert programme.
